This is by far my favourite essential oil! Especially for pain relief. I started using it after being diagnosed with Graves disease. It honestly helped me so much! Through pain and headaches and indigestion… and so much more. These days the smell automatically makes me feel calmer and instantly soothed. I always have a bottle in my purse ♡.

Peppermint is versatile.But be careful in using it. Like other essential oils, peppermint oil is highly concentrated. When the undiluted essential oil is used for health purposes, only a few drops are used.
Side effects of applying peppermint oil to the skin can include skin rashes and irritation. Peppermint oil should not be applied to the face or chest of infants or young children because serious side effects may occur if they inhale the menthol in the oil.
This is one of my favorite essential oils and I love that you have shown so many more uses.
My favorite way to use it is a few drop into a small spray bottle(perfume size) mixed with water and a drop of stevia for a sweet and refreshing mouth spray.
